  1. Order Processing
    • Processing time for in-stock items is 2–3 business days (excluding bank holidays).
    • Made-to-order pieces and special agreements are handled directly with clients, as no transactions occur on the website.
  2. Shipping
    • Shipping terms (including costs, courier selection, and insurance) will be agreed upon individually with each client.
    • We ship internationally. All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the client.
  3. Returns & Exchanges
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in advance.
    • Refunds or store credit will be provided according to the prior agreement made with the client.
